Resident Evil (movie novels)

Novelizations to the series of live action movies, loosely based on the Capcom videogame series. In 2004, two years after the first movie premiered, the book was published simultaneously with the release of part 2: Apocalypse. In 2002, a novelization of the first movie was published in Japan, written by Osamu Makino. Requests by foreign publishers to get it licensed were rejected by Capcom. The fourth movie, "Resident Evil: Afterlife" (2010), was not adapted into a novel, presumably because of licensing disputes with Capcom. Genesis (2004) Keith R. A.
