Harry Froboess

Friedrich Harald August Froboess, born 23 October 1899, died 12 January 1985, was a German acrobat, stuntman and high diver. Sometimes credited as Harry Arias Froboess. While living in the United States of America, he published a book on the art of waterdiving and his autobiography "The Reminiscing Champ". When retired, he and his wife moved to Switzerland, where he published an autobiography titled "Glücklich überlebt" in 1969, a slightly revised and updated edition was published in 1981, titled "Um Kopf und Kragen". To celebrate his 70th birthday (and to promote his freshly published autobiography), he jumped 40 meters (131 feet) from a helicopter into the Zurich Lake. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Froboess https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Froboess
