Peter Occhiogrosso

American author of non-fiction books, as well as a co-author, collaborator, ghostwriter, and journalist who began his writing career in the 1970s as a jazz reviewer and interviewer. Titles he wrote for included Zygote, Changes, Village Voice, Soho Weekly News, Crawdaddy, New Times, and Different Drummer (Rochester, N.Y.), as well as the national jazz magazine Down Beat.
