H. J. Massingham
Harold John Massingham was a prolific British writer on ruralism, matters to do with the countryside and agriculture. He was also a published poet. From a family of writers, including his father journalist H.W. Massingham (1860-1924), brothers Hugh Massingham (1905-1971) and Richard Massingham, and sister, the playwright & actress Dorothy Massingham.
