Kim Davis

Writer and journalist. A Londoner by birth, Kim's career in journalism began as a writer for the New Musical Express in 1977. He was a regular contributor to City Limits, and a founding editor of the philosophy journal Cogito. He later relocated to New York, he writes under the pen-name "Wilfrid" and has published the weekly dining and arts webzine "At the Sign of the Pink Pig" for more than three years. He is the founder member of Mouthfuls (mouthfulsfood.com), and has contributed to eGullet and Chowhound. Kim is also Consulting Editor on "Local East Village," an online collaboration between the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute and The New York Times, and Manhattan French Food Examiner for Examiner.com.
