The Ruts
English reggae-influenced punk rock band who formed in 1977 with Malcolm Owen (vocals), Dave Ruffy (drums), Vince Segs (bass) and Paul Fox (guitar). After the death of Malcolm Owen in 1980 the band continued under the name Ruts DC.
