Charlotte Macleod

Charlotte Matilda MacLeod was a Canadian-born American mystery fiction writer. MacLeod emigrated to the USA in 1923, and became a naturalized US citizen in 1951. She also wrote under the pseudonym Alisa Craig. She wrote a number of series including: Grub-and-Stakers (as Alisa Craig), Kelling and Bittersohn, Madoc Rhys (as Alisa Craig), and Peter Shandy
