UK advertising and sale executive in publishing. Hayes worked for Express Newspapers (1997-2001), Emap / Bauer Media (2001-2012) as Sales Controller, working on titles such as Heat and Mojo. Since 2012 he has been Commercial Director of The National, a joint venture between Trinity Mirror , Local World, ESI Media, Johnston Press and Midland News Association.
