Tony Pancella

Tony comes from a family of musicians: his grandfather was a violinist, his grandmother a pianist, his father a jazz pianist. At the age of six he played piano by ear. He began to perform as a professional at the age of 18 as a percussionist of a Renaissance music complex. At 22 he formed his jazz group. Two years later he attended a long course with Max Roach who chose him among all the participants to be accompanied in the final concert.
