Groundbreaking Mexican RIO (Rock In Opposition) type cross-culture, rock, folk, jazz hybrid formed back in 1974 as a trio (keyboardist Carlos Robledo, bassist Walter Schmidt, and percussionist Moises Romero, later replaced by Jaime Casteñeda), that expanded after 6 months into a sextet. On their debut they fused electronics with Henry Cow like innovation. They were influenced by bands such as Faust, Magma, Il Balletto Di Bronzo and others, and by 20th century composers such as Karlheinz Stockhausen.
