Instrumental "left field" prog band from Phoenix, Arizona, USA. They made two albums that epitomised the fusing of RiO and Canterbury styles much like the British band National Health. Live recordings also exist, and a cassette titled "Boot-Legged". Members of Cartoon went on to form PFS.
