Corky Meinecke (born 1952 – died March 18, 1997) was a sports writer and Detroit Pistons beat reporter for the Detroit Free Press in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining the Free Press in 1988, Corky worked for the Bay City Times, Grand Rapids Press and The Detroit News.
