Jim Carter

Jim "Rev Cool" Carter has been the major proponent of the Dayton Ohio underground music scene since the 1970s. He introduced Dayton to Punk Rock via his local radio program. He also started his own record label and magazine, both named, I Wanna, coined from the Iggy And The Stooges song, "I Wanna Be Your Dog". He is also the one who handed Iggy Pop the jar of peanut butter in the now imfamous video clip where Iggy begins smearing the contents of the jar all over his body and then throwing gobs of it into the crowd. In edition to all his music activities, he is also a school teacher.
