Ian Johnson

Former UK based music journalist in mid-1980s where he worked for independent trade magazine, The Catalogue. Johnson also worked as a buyer for the HMV Group in the late 1980s, going on to work in store management for Virgin Retail in the early 1990s. Since 2002 he has worked for Access To Music / Armstrong Learning Group, becoming Head of Artist Development/External Relations.
