Jonathan A. C. Brown

Jonathan Andrew Cleveland Brown (born August 9, 1977) is an American scholar of Islamic studies. He serves as Associate Professor of Islamic Studies and Muslim-Christian Understanding in Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He is also editor-in-chief of the Oxford Encyclopedia of Islamic Law.
