Chairman of Chrysalis Group plc, a publicly-quated media, music and entertainment company including Echo, Hit and Papillon record labels. He launched the original Chrysalis Record label in 1968, created the Chrysalis Group in 1985, and sold the original record label to thorn EMI in 1991.
