Baseball Cards

Baseball Cards (BBC) was one of the first periodicals about sports card collecting first appeared on newsstands in the Spring of 1981. Published in the United States by Krause Publications. In addition to sports card-related articles, it featured interviews with baseball players, as well as checklists for certain players' memorabilia. Departments would include Collectors' Q&A, Reader Reaction, BBC Price Guides, Convention Calendars, etc. Every issue would include a short set of "repli-cards" which would feature current ballplayers on retro-styled baseball cards.
