Bill Allerton

UK record shop owner and music enthusiast based in London. He sold rare records through the mail and on Saturdays in London’s famed Portobello Road market. With Bill Forsyth, he opened the record shop Plastic Passion, this was later split into Stand Out Records (Allerton's shop) and Minus Zero (Forsyth's shop).
