An art project founded by its "kings", CM Von Hausswolff and Leif Elggren. The Kingdoms of Elgaland-Vargaland were proclaimed in 1992 and consist of all Border Territories: Geographical, Mental & Digital. It is otherwise known as KonungaRikena Elgaland-Vargaland (or K.R.E.V. for short).
