Johnny Meyer

John ‟Johnny” Van Loan Meyer (born 1939 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American former professional ten-pin bowler that bowled out of Long Island, New York. He was a member of the PBA (Professional Bowlers Association) and won 2 PBA titles. John, a natural right-hander, switched to throwing left-handed at about the age of 5 after a scary incident at a picnic when he was throwing rocks in a lake and accidentally hit a lady just above the eye.
