Tim Horton

Miles Gilbert ‟Tim” Horton (born January 12, 1930 in Cochrane, Ontario – died February 21, 1974 near St. Catherines, Ontario) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He died following a single-vehicle crash in 1974, at the age of 44. Tim played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Buffalo Sabres.
