Detroit Historical Society

The Detroit Historical Society was founded in 1921, and is dedicated to ensuring the history of the Detroit, Michigan region is preserved for current and future generations. The Society also focuses the fundraising and marketing activities for the Detroit Historical Museum and the Dossin Great Lakes Museum.
