Ira Rosenberg
Ira Rosenberg (born 1916 in New York City, New York – died 2016 in Dallas, Texas) was an American photojournalist with a career that spanned 60 years. He was part of the Pulitzer Prize-winning team that covered the Detroit riot of 1967 for the Detroit Free Press. Ira was an Army combat photographer in the Pacific during World War II. He also worked at the New York Herald Tribune, the Miami Herald and the Dallas Morning News during his long career.
