Walt McDougall
Walter Hugh McDougall (born February 10, 1858 in Newark, New Jersey – died March 6, 1938 in Waterford, Connecticut) was an American cartoonist. He produced some of the earliest full color newspaper comic strips, and was one of the first producers of regular political cartoons in American daily papers.
