Thomas Fogarty
Thomas Fogarty was an American illustrator of magazines and books. From 1905 to 1922 he was an illustration instructor at New York City’s Art Students League, and while there became an influential instructor to many notable artists including Norman Rockwell and Walter Biggs. Fogarty was awarded the Distinguished Educator in the Arts award by the Society of Illustrators in 2009.
