Emil Flohri

Emil Flohri (born October 27, 1869 in Roanoke, Virginia – died December 24, 1938 in Los Angeles, California) was an American political cartoonist, illustrator and portrait painter. In 1930, he joined Walt Disney Productions and worked as a background artist on the Mickey Mouse and Silly Symphony series.
