Homer Davenport

Homer Calvin Davenport (born March 8, 1867 in Silverton, Oregon – died May 2, 1912 in New York, New York) was an American political cartoonist and writer. He is known for drawings that satirized figures of the Gilded Age and Progressive Era. Davenport also was one of the first major American breeders of Arabian horses and one of the founders of the Arabian Horse Club of America.
