Frank Wing
Frank Wing (born July 24, 1873 in Elmwood, Illinois – died 1956) was an American artist, writer and art instructor. The Minneapolis Journal, Chicago Tribune syndicate, and St. Paul Pioneer Press and Dispatch were some of the papers he worked for. Wing was also chief instructor, cartoon department, for Art Education, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota and while there was a teacher of Charles Schultz.
