R. M. Brickerhoff

Robert Moore Brinkerhoff (born May 4, 1880 in Toledo, Ohio – Died February 17, 1958 in Minneapolis, Minnesota) was an American artist, cartoonist, illustrator and writer. He contributed political cartoons to Ohio newspapers early in his career, including the Toledo Blade, the Cleveland Leader and the Cincinnati Post. In 1913 he moved to New York, New York and worked at the Evening World as an illustrator. In 1917, he created the comic strip, ‟Little Mary Mixup.”
