William H. Walker

William Henry Walker (born 1871 – died 1938) was a cartoonist, painter and illustrator. He contributed political and satirical cartoons to Life Magazine, Harper’s Magazine, the New York Evening Post, and the New York Herald. Walker is believed to be the first artist to use lithographer’s crayons for cartoons.
