Carmen Salvino

Carmen Salvino (born November 23, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American professional ten-pin bowler, inventor and author. He is a founding member of the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA). Known as the PBA’s original showman, Salvino won 17 PBA Tour titles and two PBA Senior Tour titles. He was inducted into the PBA Hall of Fame in 1975 and the USBC (United States Bowling Congress) Hall of Fame in 1979.
