Massimo Mugnai

Massimo Mugnai graduated in 1971 from the University of Florence with a thesis on Leibniz and the Herborn encyclopedists. Throughout his academic career he has mainly dealt with the history of logic, deepening the thought of Leibniz and therefore of the algebraic tradition, linked in particular to George Boole. He taught "History of Logic" until 2017 at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa.
