Scott Mehno

American music journalist for Spin and MTV, covering the birth of Hip Hop in New York City. After helming a successful entertainment management company in the late 1980s to early 1990s, Mehno was appointed Vice-President of Communications for Elektra Records. Currently he is a communications consultant for Universal Music Group and Firefly Media, among other companies.
