E. F. Schumacher
Ernst Friedrich "Fritz" Schumacher was a German economic thinker, statistician and economist. He served as Chief Economic Advisor to the British National Coal Board for two decades, and founded the Intermediate Technology Development Group in 1966. Born: August 19, 1911 Died: September 4, 1977
