René Sommer

René Sommer started as a freelancer at the Rotterdams Dagblad in the early 90s, to switch to television after a year. First working at RTL News, later at Barend & Van Dorp. He gained his first editorial experience at the daily talk show. Since 2010 working at what is now the KRO-NCRV, to do the final editing of Rondom10, On Air, Debate on 2, Altijd Wat and Jinek. Together with the De Monitor team, he wants to uncover the flaws in our laws and look for solutions.
