Gutenberg-Werbering GmbH

Printing & advertising company, located in Linz, Austria. In 1910, Druck- und Verlagsgeschäft Gutenberg, Weinguny & Comp. is founded. Taken over by the Nazi Regime in March 1938 and dissolved in June of the same year. Refounded in 1946 as Druck- und Verlagsanstalt Gutenberg (not to be confused with the company of the same name founded in Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria, Austria, in 1926, now Gutenberg Druck). In 1970, Werbering GmbH, a placarding company, is founded as a subsidiary. In 1988, the publishing branch is discontinued, Gutenberg and Werbering got merged.
