The Institute of CIS Countries (Institute of Diaspora and Integration) was created in the form of an autonomous non-profit organization. Among the founders of the Institute: Moscow State University M. V. Lomonosov, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, the institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Slavic studies; ethnology and anthropology; Europe).
