Fictional psychic detective created by <a href="/c/books/credit/201781/e-and-h-heron/">E. and H. Heron</a> (<a href="/c/books/credit/678108/kate-and-hesketh-prichard/">Kate and Hesketh Prichard</a>). He appears in a series of 13 short stories, published in 1898-1899.
