Roger Hugh Vaughan Charles Morgan

Roger Morgan CBE was an English librarian who spent four decades in the Houses of Parliament. He is credited with modernising the House of Lords Library as head librarian from 1977–91. He was the son of novelists Charles Morgan and Hilda Vaughan and the younger brother of Shirley Paget.
