Hans Dekkers

Johannes Henricus Antonius (Hans) Dekkers (Venlo, December 25, 1954) is a Dutch writer. He writes novels, short stories, poems and plays. His first literary story The black bust of Bach was published in 1992 in the literary magazine De Revisor. Dekkers studied sociology at the Catholic University of Nijmegen. He was part of various pop groups, including Bazooka and Das Wesen. He has been living and working in Amsterdam since 1984.
