Moscow, USSR based state publisher of English language translations for dissemination abroad. 1948-1978? Seems to have been most active 1948 through the end of the 1950's. Published translations of works by Engels and Marx, official (approved) literature, propaganda, Lenin's many treatises, as well as transcriptions of speeches given during and announcements made at CPSU assemblies.
