Vyacheslav Kostikov is a Russian diplomat, journalist and writer who served as the press secretary to the first Russian President Boris Yeltsin. His 1997 book A Novel Featuring The President / Romancing The President (both translations possible) was the reason he had to leave the job in the diplomatic corps with a scandal.
