The Falcon Press

British publisher started after the Second World War by Conservative MP Peter Baker. It was incorporated as The Falcon Press Limited. The company merged with The Grey Walls Press in 1947. However it ran in to financial difficulties and went in to receivership in 1954. The publisher also had offices overseas including Toronto, Canada. NB. unclear if any name changed occurred with the imprints or limited companies after the merger. Also unclear whether the correct name is Falcon Press as both names appear to have been used.
