Series started by publisher Martin Secker. In 1932 Warburg Ltd. and J.M. Dent & Sons became involved and later editions were published by Martin Secker and Warburg Ltd. after Martin Secker folded. NB. despite numerous headings saying The New Adelphi Library, it appears the actual title may exclude 'The'.
