The Alcuin Press

British printing company. Founded in 1928 by Herbert Patrick Reginald Finberg (1900-1974), a former employee at the Shakespeare Head Press. The press was based in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, moving to Welwyn Garden City in 1935. NB. some source's state it folded in 1936 but this is clearly wrong as it is credited in a book from 1949.
