Peter Klosse
Peter Klosse is the owner of Hotel Gastronomique De Echoput and founder of the Academy of Gastronomy. Klosses parents are the founders of restaurant De Echoput in Hoog Soeren. His father Jaap Klosse was one of the founders of the Alliance Gastronomique Neerlandaise. Klosse obtained his PhD on March 24, 2004 with a dissertation on taste.
