Koen De Cauter

Belgian multi-instrumentalist. He plays gipsy swing, dixieland, chanson, and jazz musette. He formed the group Waso in the 1970s together with Fapy Lafertin and later Vivi Limberger. He has released numerous CD's under dozens of names and formations. He is father of three musical sons and a musical daughter, with whom he has played with in recent years: Dajo (double bass), Waso (guitar), Vigdis (piano) and Myrddin (clarinet).
