Paul van Gorcum

Paul Hubertus Otto van Gorcum is a Dutch actor, voice actor, and director. He is known for his role as Baron Van Neemweggen in the TV series Bassie and Adriaan and as the Dutch voice of Gargamel in De Smurfen (The Smurfs).
