Stella Isaacs, Marchioness of Reading, Baroness Swanborough, G.B.E., née Stella Charnaud, was an English philanthropist who is best remembered as the founder and chairman of the Women's Voluntary Service (W.V.S.), now known as Royal Voluntary Service.
