Tin House (publisher)

Tin House (also formerly known as Tin House Books) is an imprint of the American publisher Zando. It was originally a literary magazine, founded in 1998 by Win McCormack with the help of Holly MacArthur, Rob Spillman, and Elissa Schappell. The first issue came out in May 1999. In 2005, they released their first books. Tin House was acquired by Zando in March 2025, with McCormack remaining the imprint's chairman.
